Day 9: Pumpkin Gingerbread Bugs

some edible bugs today!  it's freezing here in Southern California, so i thought i would heat up the house by baking something.  plus, we get to eat the yummy results!



i used the Williams-Sonoma Backyard Bugs Cakelet Pan (i got for a wedding gift) and a Two Sisters Perfect Pumpkin Gingerbread Mix (from PartyLite).

there are dragonflies, ladybugs, bees, and butterflies.




Dot wants some cake too.

and oh, they are yummy!  and the house is warm for now!  yay!  HAPPY NEW YEAR!
